mil44 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and mil44 regarding your use of the platform, including all games, betting markets, bonuses, payment services and any other features or services offered now or in the future. They apply to every interaction you have with mil44 — from registration through to account closure.

mil44 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. To open and maintain an account at mil44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mil44 or had an account closed for breach of these terms.
• You provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and throughout your account's life.

mil44 conducts identity verification using your Pakistani CNIC or other accepted government-issued identification. Verification may be requested at any time, and withdrawal of funds will not be processed until verification is completed to mil44's satisfaction. Providing false documents or withholding required identification leads to immediate account closure.

mil44 reserves the right to decline registration or close an account at any point if it has reasonable grounds to believe eligibility requirements are not met, without being required to disclose the specific grounds for that decision.

Your mil44 account credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — are your personal responsibility. mil44 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your mil44 account, whether or not it was authorised by you, except where it results directly from proven fraud by mil44 staff. The following general bonus conditions apply to all mil44 promotions unless an individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus amount can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple is stated on each promotion.
• Bonus expiry: all bonuses have a time limit from the date of crediting, typically between 7 and 30 days. Bonuses not cleared within their validity period are removed automatically.
• Game contribution rates: slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering. Live casino games contribute 10–20%. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.

• Technical failures: if a game or bet is interrupted by a technical failure on mil44's infrastructure, bets will be voided and stakes returned. If the failure occurs on the player's side — network drop, device issue — the bet stands as placed at the time of interruption where a result can be determined.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet. Stakes above the maximum for a market may be reduced to the maximum without notification.
• Palpable errors: obvious pricing errors — for example, odds significantly out of line with the real-world probability due to a data entry or system error — do not constitute valid bets. mil44 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds and will refund stakes in such cases.

Sports and esports betting markets at mil44 are settled using data from official sources. For cricket, PSL match data is sourced from the official Pakistan Super League records. For esports, results are drawn from official tournament bracket data. Where official results are disputed, mil44 will await the resolution of any official protest process before settling affected bets.

• Fraud and money laundering: using mil44 to launder proceeds of criminal activity, or depositing funds obtained through fraud, is prohibited and will be reported to relevant Pakistani authorities.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker rooms or any multiplayer game format.
• Software exploitation: using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any other programme to interact with mil44 on your behalf, or to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Chargebacks: disputing a genuine mil44 deposit with your payment provider after using the funds for gaming. Chargeback fraud results in immediate account closure and recovery action for outstanding amounts.
• Multiple accounts: holding more than one mil44 account for any reason, including attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Underage gambling: registering or playing while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access to mil44 for a person under 18.
• Abuse of staff: threatening, harassing or using abusive language toward mil44 support staff or other players in any platform communication channel.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mil44's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mil44 is not liable for:

Closure by you: you may request account closure at any time by contacting mil44 support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method. Active bonuses that have not been wagered to completion are removed at closure. Verification may be required before final payment of a closing balance.

Closure by mil44: mil44 may close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any section of these terms.
• You have engaged in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7.
• mil44 is required to do so for legal, regulatory or anti-money laundering compliance reasons.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.

Where mil44 closes an account for cause, any bonus balances are forfeited. Deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation where fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity is suspected. mil44 will co-operate fully with Pakistani law enforcement authorities in any such investigation.

mil44 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law or our operating practices. When this happens, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. The current version number is always shown at the top of this page.

For significant changes — those that materially affect your rights or obligations — mil44 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the new terms take effect. For minor changes such as clarifications or formatting updates, the updated page publication serves as sufficient notice.

If you continue to use mil44 after updated terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted them. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the new terms come into force.
